Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and/or perform complex analytical, auditing, and information systems functions designed to ensure the adequate and effective control of assets and financial records of Ingram Micro Worldwide. Review the adequacy of controls over system implementation, technical systems, computer application and data base systems, emerging technologies, and information systems facilities. Provide software support to internal and external auditing staff. Responsible primarily to lead audit staff in the review of risks and controls in the implementation of SAP product. Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products, risks and implementation best practices to audit staff. Assists in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of seven years of IT Audit or SAP product application / implementation / consulting experience in public accounting or in a large corporate internal audit environment. Two years supervision experience of professional audit staff also required. Technical knowledge of hardware and software for personal computers, minicomputers and mainframe computers required, as well as experience with SAP application modules and configuration. Experience developing/creating detailed internal control documentation also necessary. Strong in SAP authorizations and SAP application security. Experience with SAP roles and profiles. Strong technical, communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational and microcomputer skills required. Writing skill to communicate highly technical and complex information (preparation of audit findings and reports). High level of professionalism expected. Discretion required due to access to confidential information. Ability to recognize problems and relate to business needs, to be perceptive, penetrate and go to the heart of the issue/problem, and plan/develop the appropriate course of action. Ability to convey ideas (both written and verbal) clearly, fluently, and persuasively; to be excessive and articulate, and present organized trains of thought to assure proper exchange of information. Finalists will be required to successfully complete background investigation and drug screen processes.
